For help or to report a problem, email contact@linkcrit.com. Include your ReefLog version and device operating-system version, if available and helpful. Do not email passwords, sign-in codes, or payment details.

Cloud Backup and account deletion

Cloud Backup is optional. In ReefLog, open Settings → Cloud Backup to delete a cloud backup or use Delete account. Account deletion revokes ReefLog's sign-in access and removes the Firebase account, cloud backup, and backup metadata; it does not remove ReefLog data stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes its local data from that device. On iOS, app data may also be included in an iCloud backup or a backup made to a Mac; uninstalling the app or deleting your ReefLog Cloud Backup does not delete those copies, and restoring a device backup may restore app data.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel a ReefLog Pro subscription in the store account where it was purchased: Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. Deleting a Cloud Backup account does not cancel a store subscription.
